Coastal Scents has come out with these fantastic new gel eyeliners. They come in 10 great colors, with the basic Black, Brown, and Navy. What I really like is that they have other colors that you don't normally see in gel liners; white, grape, bright blue, turquoise, silver, and gold. They come in a frosted glass jar with a glossy black top.

The liner is soft and creamy. All you need is a small amount on the tip of your brush to get a solid, pigmented line. A little bit really goes a long way. After applying the liner it dries quickly and doesn't smudge for hours. At the end of the day I only had a tiny bit of smudging at the outer corner of my lower lashes, but I don't think anyone but myself would notice.

I've used this on my lower water liner with no irritation. It lasted about 6 hours before it really started to fade.



PROS:

- pigmented enough that you only need to use a little bit
- dries quickly and doesn't smudge
- lasts for hours on the water line
- wide color selection

CONS:
- the jar doesn't have any lable with the color name
