CC, please don't be offended...

For the most part I like the eye of your FOTD's in general. To make the look overall complete, I'd highly consider using a fuller coverage foundation and setting powder to cover blemishes and the shine you've got going on much of the time. It's not much, but will make a huge difference. This is also my personal opinion, but try a more natural face pose rather than the unnatural/weird looking pouty/fake lips. They're distracting. Sorry, but I think it'll help in the long run!

Anonymous, if you have any recs for a good foudation I'd be happy to take them. I know my skin is pretty crappy but I do the best I can with what I've got. And the goofy poses aren't ment to be taken seriously, I just get bored of my usual solume faces. Thanks for stating you opinions in a respectful way.

Thank you Vanessa, its all good :)

This Kelly Lime, etc pic actually looked pretty good as far as the foundation goes. I'm a bit of a weird one when it comes to foundation.

I first use a primer... you'll have to figure out what works for you. I'm not breaking out from the monistat anti-chafing gel, so that's what I've been using. I apply a concealor over blemishs and on under-eye area. (some people do this under foundation, some over... ymmv)

Next I use a liquid foundation to pretty much even out the skin tone, right now I'm using the revlon one where it starts white but blends into you skin. I'm finding it's not so great of a match, so I dilute it down a little with moisturizer.

I like more of a semi-matte look, rather than dewy and need something to set the liquid, so I top it off with MAC's studio fix powder, then blend it down a bit after I've got my blush on with fyrinnae's rice powder primer.

I used to absolutely love one of covergirls liquid foundations (it was actually mousse-like), but they changed the formula (I used one of their powders with it too... I still sometimes use my old compacts, but I swear I ran through them like nothing! I've had my mac one since Jun/July and I'm still nowhere near hitting pan).

Like I said, I didn't mean to be offensive but if you're trying to go for the whole look, I think if I were you I'd play around with foundation to find the right coverage fit... it'll really make a difference.

As far as the poses go, how about a simple smile? There's one particular MUA'er that has a horrrrrrrid pouty look and it irks me to no end. That's just my opinion...
